The Bible
is the complete divine revelation word of God. It is the inspired and
only infallible word of the living God. It is truth without compromise or
error. Therefore it is the final authority concerning all matters of life.
2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21, Hebrews 4:12, John 17:17
There is one God who exists eternally in the triune form of three persons:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Deuteronomy 32:39 I Corinthians 8:6, John 1:14,
Genesis 1:2, 1
Tim. 2:5,
Matt. 28:19
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was God, incarnated to be man in
the form of the son Jesus Christ John
1:1,
John 1:14
All of mankind is lost and absolutely in need of
regeneration by the Holy Spirit through a saving faith in Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:23, Mark 16:16.
Both
the saved and the lost will be resurrected; the saved will be resurrected to
life eternal in the presence of God and the lost will be resurrected to
eternal damnation and separation from God. Romans 5:9, Acts 24:15
Jesus Christ is the only son of the living God. He was born of a virgin and
lived a sinless life on earth. Through His vicarious and atoning death, His
bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father, we
have peace with God only through faith in Jesus Christ. John 3:16
We believe that Christianity is
not a religion, it is a lifestyle based on a relationship founded in the
love of God. As Christians, we must make a conscious, ongoing
effort to live our lives in a manner that glorifies God the Father. This can
only be accomplished through obedience to God, a commitment to studying and
knowing the word of God and practicing Biblical principles.
As members of the Christian community, we understand that we are entrusted
with positions of influence and like teachers and ministers of the word of
God, we will therefore incur a stricter judgment. James 3:1
What we mean by Statement of Faith:
Our
Statement of Faith is a declaration of our beliefs supported by Biblical
doctrine. These are basic positions regarding the Christian faith held
throughout the centuries by like-minded Christians. While some matters of
faith may be open to individual interpretation, these are not. We believe
these are non-negotiable positions based on Holy writ and represent the
unchangeable nature of the living God.
We practice our faith because we embrace it as truth. We believe that these
matters of faith are also an act of worship. Christianity is a lifestyle and
therefore a continual expression of our faith, whether in the performing
arts, or in personal and business conduct. Therefore we will not knowingly
promote a performer, church or entity with a lifestyle or practices that
contradict these beliefs. However, our doors are open to all to partake of
and be blessed by the Word of God and ministers of praise and worship.
